Subject: Why is Junior 6.1 better then Junior 6.0?

What improvements have been made in Junior 6.1? Playing over some of the
positions from Dortmund, Junior 6.0 seems to avoid some of the mistakes made by
Junior 6.1 and Deep Junior 6, an example below.

Junior 6.1 and Deep Junior 6 play 13.. g6??, Junior 6.0 does not even consider
this move and plays 13.. Bh4+!?
