That's because it choses the moves by random. You need to build a pgnfile with
the opening moves you want played by white (white.pgn) and a book with moves you
want played by black (black.pgn). Then you just use the commandline:

glcbook opening.book -W white.pgn -B black.pgn

Haven't tried it yet, but according to various rumours it works :o).

Possible errors:

1) Are you using an old Inmi book, or did you remeber to download the
book302.zip file?

2) Did you rename the init file? It must have the name inmich.ini.

3) You're using Inmichess 3.04, which is buggy.
