Subject: How to auto-Challenge other players within a rating range in ICC/FICS

I have a working Crafty account on ICC (Wild5Crafty).
Does somebody know how I can auto-challenge (command match) other players.
For example do a who of all player of a specifical rating range and match them.
Also keep knowledge of everybody's formula... so that of somebody doesn't want
to play with a larger increment than 3 it matches with 2.

I use currently winboard with zippy.
I do already a seek and a rematch after each game, but I want more initiative.
