Well the best is ofcourse keeping lists of all players who declined rematch and
match requests... So you don't (re)match somebody who doesn't want it.

I spoke to someone who modified GNUchess for this purpose. His mofication did a
who and filtered the output for what he liked. After it he matched everybody
every 10 minutes. When someone declined he wrote it in his file so he didn't
rematched him again.

I don't care somebody monopolyzing my time. I just wanted to test my book and to
play as much games as possible.
