I think it is not well established. If you pick up the end of the pv for Kc4 it seems to lead to a draw, but that is hardly a scientific method to arrive at a conclusion. On the other hand, I think it likely that Kc4 leads to a draw. It's just not as clear cut as Nd8, which definitely does so and clearly much sooner.
