My configuration file is almost identical to yours and no commandline option in
WinBoard.ini is also correct. You didn't by any chance rename the config file or
the opening book? You probably didn't, otherwise you wouldn't have any book
moves at all. I'm clueless to your problem. The basic WinBoard errors are:

- faulty Winboard.ini entry (missing options, wrong name of executable, sd
instead of fd and vice versa, wrong path and bad spelling).
- renaming configuration- or book files.
- missing files.

But you don't seem to have those problems. My version of KnightX 1.54 worked
when I tried a few minutes ago.
