Subject: CS Tal II online order from oxford-softworks

Basically I have two questions:

1. Has anybody ordered CS Tal II from oxford-softworks directly AND has used
   the donwload way of getting the program (i.e. downloading and buying an
   unlock key). If so, can anybody recommend this way of getting CS Tal (the
   book is supposed to be smaller, no tablebases, etc.)? What are the terms to
   upgrade this version to the boxed version later?

2. Does anybody know a place in the states where I can place an online
   order for CS Tal II?
