It was definitely finished as I have an electronic copy of it that I proofed for him. I haven't heard anything recently but will try to ask. It will answer a _lot_ of questions and put a lot of nonsense to rest when it does come out. It isn't super-technical, but it has a plethora of details that reveal a lot about the machine and its capabilities.
