I've seen too many programs make this mistake.  Usually by simply using
the total material or total value of pieces.  I'd be much more likely to
bring my king out in a RRB vs RRB ending than I would in a QB ending
because the queen can be dangerous, particularly with a knight.  I
didn't
look at this specific position, however, but I've seen more than one
program
make this mistake on ICC...  Centralizing their king right into a mating
net.
