Dear Gentlemen, Thanks for your interest in the match. You are indeed both correct and this will be confirmed when my commentary is posted Monday night. You see, I made the all too human mistake of seeing a win...and then relaxed (see my earlier commentary about this trait that I share with other humans), allowing error to creep into my analysis. After the Rooks are exchanged, I for some stupid reason, assumed that Black would exchange on f3 (don't ask me why!). It just never occured to my lazy brain at the time that by simply locking up the pawn chain that Black could draw. I still question how I missed this. I hope my sloppiness doesn't diminish your enjoyment of the match, although it certainly has mine, since I can't afford to drop 1/2 points like this to such strong opposition. As a friendly request though, I ask that there be no public discussion of events yet to happen in my match. Since I'm playing the computers unaided, it could be argued by somebody that I am gaining outside input from comments by interested parties here. In this particular case, I saw my error immediately after I sent my move off, but by then I had already let the victory slip from my grasp. Thank you, Stephen Ham
