I don't think we can conclude that it's over and done with -- dead drawn. This is the exact phase of the game when computers do the strangest things. I don't have a lot of experience watching Hiarcs play games (though it does a great job of analyzing). But I have seen some programs do incredibly dense things when the board is sparse but not too sparse. So, I'd say, "It ain't over 'till it's over."
