Desperado, 3 mins/move Pentium-2 @ 400: 9 correct. The wrong ones: db96_21 Qd3 db96_23 Qd3 db96_25 Rc3 db96_27 Rc3 Eval was about even until move 29 where it jumped to +1. I think Desperado is choosing the moves (right or wrong) mostly for positional reasons. It is rare for Desperado to do as well as respectable programs on a test suite. There must be something about these positions that matches well with Desperado's positional understanding.
