Hi Uri,

I used this as a starting position:

>[D]3rrk2/1p6/2p3P1/4nP1p/pP2p3/P1B1NbPB/2P5/5RK1 b - - 0 1

.. then I made the move ...b5, giving the position:

[D]3rrk2/8/2p3P1/1p2nP1p/pP2p3/P1B1NbPB/2P5/5RK1 w - b6 0 2

From this position, my program prefers Bg2, with a score of +0.19 for White.

Then, from the starting position given above, I made the move ... Rda8,
giving the position:

[D]r3rk2/1p6/2p3P1/4nP1p/pP2p3/P1B1NbPB/2P5/5RK1 w - - 0 2

From this position, my program prefers Bxe5, with a score of +0.85 for White.

If this is what you meant, my program agrees with Deep Blue that ..b5 is
preferable to ..Rda8.

In both cases, the searches were for 5 minutes on a K6-2 300.
