I took the position before Rda8 (where DB liked b5 until the last minute) and ran it. I then ran the position after Rda8 where Crafty would play Bxe5 almost instantly and never changed it's mind. The score was .8 for b5 and 1.0 for Bxe5. I concluded that either move for black is about as good as the other, based only on the score...
