If you want to download the native engines available go to:

http://www.chessbase.com/supportframe.html

and select "Downloads".

You can also use WinBoard engines through the WinBoard adapter, which is
explained as well at the ChessBase site. If you can't make the WinBoard engines
work using the adapter, please post again.
