By the way Dann,

My Engine does not have castleing or pawn promotion yet so these
moves-per-second are not accurate.
On the other hand...
My Engine has not been fully tuned so they may be accurate after all (Devilish
Grin)...

Mr Hyatt just described a method for sorting the captures list to place a king
capture first and return if it is captured.  This should increase the efficency
of the alpha-beta pruning plus eliminate the need to do incheck after every
move.  I will not know these statistics until I Add castleing; pawn promotion;
and create the alpha-beta code.
