Agree, he is really causing alot of trouble with all these DB-threads
he starts. He would be so much wiser if he shut up and let you-Ed-Amir-
Uri-Chris in peace tell the world that you have established without a doubt
that DB was crap. It would be so much better...

Your logic is flawless: no Hyatt => noone argues against you =>
no yammering
