Well, about the moderating workload: it is happening here, so it can be done. Further I doubt it is necessary that a moderator judges *every* single post before it can be "published". Why not the following: - In principle all postings are published - *Only* in the case of user complaints *then* the moderator comes in action, makes his judgment about the complaint and if necessary . warns misbehavers . kills off topic threads after 1 warning . kicks out sabotagers after x complaints and y warnings I would not expect this to take so much time...? So not a censor, but a judge who comes in action in case of "conflicting user interests". Currently there is a group of moderators. No problem, lets keep them. Bob could be the official moderator.
