I think your guess is too pessimistic. I would say 2005 or 2006. (I remember I wrote in a recent post that Huebner couldn't score more than 2,0 points in the tournament Deep Junior participated. Well, now I'm saying that in 5 years Huebner won't score *ANY* points against the top 2 chess programs. The reason is obvious: while he's getting older, computers are getting faster and programs are playing better chess.). Just look at Karpov's play to see the difference that aging makes... Maybe in 5 or 6 years the top 10 players will have great difficulty to even get a draw against a top chess program. A.Ponti
