I think you just need to shut down your system completey between each test run.

From the previous version Fritz 5.32, I don't remember any problem reproducing
test results. I've read somewhere, Fritz 6 has positions learning or something
like that now (? I couldn't find it in the demo version), maybe there's a
setting somewhere to switch that off? But I think this data isn't saved, so
after a complete system restart, you should get identical results.

Please post again if you are successful, because I'm looking forward to purchase
and test the next Fritz version and might face the same problem...
