About using your Tiger account:  you should configure the timeseal thing
properly first.  Have you got these two right (taken from my local settings,
please make the necessary changes)? :

path c:\program files\lokasoft\chesspartner4.2\timeseal\timestamp.exe

parameters %1 %2 -p %2

About Tiger losing on time:  I believe that Christophe hasn't implemented the
millisecond gauge in the ICS mode.  Of course, I may be very wrong.
