Yes, that has to be it, Qe2 wins.  No way a program is going to see this from
the root position, I let Fritz 6a go to depth 18/47 and it didn't see this.
This is quite a difficult position. Hence the desire to have the PV supplied so
we don't tear our hair out wondering what the program is missing! ;)
