This time CMKing got the edge playing both side of the Nimzo-Indian Defense Rubinstein Variation. With white CMKing simply outplayed Crafty 17.11 and with Black CMKing held Crafty 17.11 to a draw after a long sequence of moves, since the position ended up in Bishops of opposite colours, and neither side wanted to offer a draw early in a drawish position. I hope that for the next version of CM8000, the program could offer resignation in a hopeless position, and also it could offer draw in a situation like this one. Pichard.
