Part of the games are not tournament time control and genius3 is known to be
better at fast time control than at tournament time control.

I also think that the method of reducing the margin of error for Fritz and
increasing the margin of error for Genius is wrong and the right method should
be to calculate the margin of error for the difference between 2 programs.

I think that the margin of error for the difference between 2 programs is
smaller than the sum of the margin of error for both programs because the
standard deviation of the difference between 2 programs is smaller than the sum
of the standard deviation of both programs.

I also think that genius3 does not deserve to enjoy from the fact that it did
not play enough games.

There is evidence in the ssdf list for the level of Genius3(p90) and inspite the
fact that p90 help genius3 the top program on p90(old version of tiger) is
clearly better

If Genius wants to be number 1 it does not need only to get the +80.
It needs to see some programs like tiger 12 to be wrong in the same direction.
