I don't claim to be a great player, but first 5. b4 is no big deal, a standard
Reti opening move. 15. e3! is a very good move because it destroys white's pawn
structure.  White has to capture with the f-pawn (black plays c5 after the other
recapture too, with bad results for white) and winds up with tripled pawns and
multiple pawn islands to defend, which black attacks as weak points right away
with Qd2.  White may have held out with 19. c6, exchanging off one of his
tripled pawns and improving his structure, but when your pawn structure gets
damaged like that you are generally not very happy. :)  I'm sure e3 was an
unpleasant move.
