It seems that  blacks wins, below the main variant:

1. Re5+ Kf6 2. Rf5+ Kg6 3. Rg5+ Kh6 4. Ra5 a1=Q 5. Rgb5 Qf6 6. Kb7 Qe7+
7. Kb8 Rg1 8. Rh5+ Kg6 9. Rhb5 Rf1 10. Rb6+ Rf6-+ no way to avoid KRkq.
