A simple way is to make the following changes:

On 1.d4 e6   1...e6 should be set to 0%

On 1.d4 e6 2.c4  delete 2...f5 2...d5 and 2...Nf6

The next update will be when I hit 50,000 lines.

If for some reason, you are unable to do so, then I will re-send the book.
