I suspect that 49...Ne6 does not win.

Fritz was sad when it played 49...Ne6 and evaluated the position as 0.28 pawns
for tiger.

Fritz was more sad when it played 50...c5 and evaluated the position as +0.78
for tiger

Fritz started to be happy only after tiger's 51.Qxd6.
I suspect that tiger touched the wrong piece and I believe that taking d6 with
the rook was better.
