How do you know the number of people?
I do not know.

You can count only the number of posters but not the number of readers because
there is not a read count.

I think that people should be allowed to discuss here in both cases.
I think 5 people is big enough to allow discussion about a subject.

I am not sure if there were more than 5 people who were interested in subjects
that I posted(for example Repetition code for TSCP) and I was not asked to use
email for this subject.
