The meaning is pretty obvious. As far as a chess program's results against top chess talent, I happen to agree with it. Considering that Junior was an amateur program only a few years ago, I think that the Junior team's results are nothing short of incredible. Of course, this is a relatively small amount of data. But what was accomplished was pretty marvelous, especially considering the hardware is orders of magnitude short of Deep Blue stuff.
