They don't have Rebel Tiger.....I was there last week.
They do have I think CA with the Tiger engine in it but
they only have a French edition and it was really expensive.

I have never ever had any of the problems you listed getting
chess software shipped from the US. And I have had shipped in
the past years, Fritz 6, Fritz 5.32, Hiarcs 7.32 and Junior 6
from various US retailers.
