They do have I think CA with the Tiger engine in it but they only have a French edition and it was really expensive. http://chess-math.org/ is the website. I have never ever had any of the problems you listed getting chess software shipped from the US. And I have had shipped in the past years, Fritz 6, Fritz 5.32, Hiarcs 7.32 and Junior 6 from various US retailers. Thanks.
