I happen to agree that 16.6 is ahead of some versions, but out of the 16.xx versions, by far 16.19 is the strongest. Out of 17.xx, I think 17.12 is, even though really there is no change from the 17.11 version. It is possible 17.10 is strongest, I guess I will have to do some testing...
