These were collected with the cccdbnav program that's floating around. I think I found it at the "Yellow Bishop" something or other, though I've lost the email address. Anyway, thanks to the programmer of that. ;-) Okay, so for the time period between September 1997 and June 30, 2000 (well, at least for all of the archived messages from that time, I suppose a few might have gotten deleted before they made it into the archives from time to time :-) 105359 messages were posted. There are 1837 distinct authors of those messages. 16324 different subjects were discussed (I don't know if that ignores the "Re:" or not, though.)
