May I invite you to my Replay Zone, where some of the answers to your questions
can be found. You can also view, or download, the games of those "Great Moments
of Computer Chess History" there:

http://members.surfeu.at/MScheidl/replay/repzone.htm

The 1st win versus a GM was Chess 4.6 - Michael Stean 1977 (blitz)
The 1st win versus an IM at tournament time was Chess 4.7 - David Levy 1978
The 1st win versus a GM at tournament time was Deep Thougt - Bent Larsen 1988
(1st win with the black pieces next year against A.Miles), etc.

The first PC win against a GM probably was M-Chess - Christiansen, Aegon 1991
(?). The last of those milestones isn't included yet in my collection: First
computer victory in a GM tournament, Lippstadt 2000, a few weeks ago. I think
I'll have to add the Tschiburdanidse game because of the nice final move Th8+!
IIRC; I didn't get any other suggetions.

Regards,
M.Scheidl
