Well, as it would turn out, Faile 1.4 doesn't support board setup (0.6 did, but was a weaker program :P I am planning on adding EPD support and other goodies to Faile 1.4 in the near future though) - but I don't really need to. Unless there is some miracle, I'm quite sure Faile wouldn't search this position that fast.. :P (even ignoring the fact that you're running a CPU probably 3 or 4 times faster than mine! :P). With as many checks as there are in that position, Faile might very well find the mate itself fairly quickly, but I don't imagine it reaching depth 18!! Regards, Adrien.
