I think you are right and Tiger should not play Bxa2, however after Bxa2 b3
things are not so simple.
Tiger 12.8 analysis at 15 plies deep:
Nd5 R7e5 Nb4 Ra1 Rxd4 Nf3 Rxd3 cxd3 Bxb3 Rb1 Nxd3 Rxb3 Nxe5 Nxe5 ...
score is still +0.58 for black.
The problem is that white must defend d4, or else it's a bishop against 3 pawns,
and white's queenside is badly shredded.
Also, after the black knight has landed at b4, white cannot push c3 in order to
chase it. Then the bishop at d3 must go away, and the blacks rook can enter
white's second rank.
There are plenty of problems to solve for white making this position rather
unclear in my opinion.
However I admit that I don't like Bxa2 and that I'll probably fix this in my
next release.
