It is actually .75...  as black gets -1.75 for the bishop trapped at a2, but
it did win a pawn.  In this position, this doesn't mean much as a deep search
sees the bishop getting captured anyway and the penalty goes away.

So in effect, this is a -3/4 pawn penalty.  IE with material even, if you do
this:  set up the position (with crafty) and type score, you get +.85 as
the eval.  After Bxa2, the static score is -.10 (it sees that b3 is playable
in the eval, so it treats the position with b3 played and with pawns on b2.c3
as the same...
