Subject: KnightCap---A free chess program that learns.

KnightCap 3.0 is out.

See http://syseng.anu.edu.au/lsg/knightcap.html

This is the same version that plays on ICC as KnightC. It has opening
learning,
evaluation function learning and a really groovy 3-D interface. You get
all the source
code (distributed under the GNU public license).

While you're at the web site, check out our chess applet. It displays
KnightCap's current
game on ICC, or if it's not playing, the position it is currently
mulling from its book.

Have fun!

Cheers,

Jon
