1) Menu: "File" - "New" - "Openings book":
Create new (empty) openings tree.

2) Menu: "Edit" - "Openings book":
It has several options of importing any games or tree from other opening books
or databases into new openings tree.

The information is available on page 26 and 27 of the Fritz6 user guide booklet.
