Subject: Human adjudication in Chessbase engine tournaments

what do you think of the following:

(a) To be fair in running engine tournaments under Chessbase GUI, once the
tournament is completed, the games should be inspected. Where one program lost
on time in a drawish position, the user should re-adjudicate the game as a draw
so that fairness is ensured since the problem with the time-out could be an
interface probelm. Is this correct?

(b) wbNimzo2000b (white) against Junior6a (black) in a G/15 game. Junior6a lost
on time. I looked at the position and think that white should win even if the
game continues. Is this correct?
