Hi Uri,
I agree that 4...Kg3 is not sufficient - but in the meantime I found a line
after 1... Ng5+!! which seems to be a forced win for Black! Check this:

1.... Ng5+!! 2.gxh8Q Rxh8+ 3.Rh7 fxg1Q! 4.e8Q Rxh7+ 5.gxh7 h1Q 6.Bxc2 Kg3+
