Lasker,in his book about the tournament,suggested:
27.Nh5! Nd7! 28.Nxf6! Nxf8 29.Bxf8 Qa7!! 30.Nxe8 Rxe8 31.Bxd6,
retaining two Bishops and two pawns for the Queen.It is very
difficult to decide who trapped whom in this tangle.What do
