For what it's worth, I pushed this to 18-ply on Screamer...

After h3: 7r/4k3/p5r1/2p1Pp2/1pP2Pb1/1P2KB1p/1P5R/6R1 w
18-ply eval: +0.30
Bd5 Rh4 Rgh1 a5 Kd2 Ra6 Ra1 Bh5 Ke3 Rg6 Rxa5 Rg3+ Kd2 Rxf4 Rxc5 Rd4+ Kc2 Bd1+
Kc1 Bxb3 e6

After Kd8: 3k3r/8/p5r1/2p1Pp2/1pP2Pbp/1P2KB2/1P5R/6R1 w
18-ply eval: +0.39
Bd5 h3 Kd2 Rh4 Rgh1 Ke7 Kc2 Kd8 Kc1 Ke7 Kd2 Ke8

I don't know. In a position where any given move can still be made (or undone) -
without apparent penalty - next time around, the evals for those moves will end
up being fairly close. I guess the happenstance choosing of similar outcomes
doesn't particularly conjure up, in my mind, the image of "creative".
