That was the kind of solution I was looking for, it avoids unnecessary speculation and suspicion. The Chessbase problem isn't as large due to the different people involved in developing the programs and the names mentioned in the WMCCC entries. In the case of Rebel and Rebel Tiger, the names Ed and Jeroen appears in both entries. I believe that some persons here would take an extra look if, for example, Amir was involved as an consultant for the Nimzo team as well participating himself. It doesn't look good IMO, no matter who's involved and what integrity they posess. The solution you suggest should be applied. Best wishes... Mogens
