Hi Thorsten, thanks for the long.......answer. The tenor was somehow away from the personal mail, you sent me yesterday night - but that's private debate - nothing for this group. Anyway : your answers now highlighted + solved my problem; I've got no realistic chance to get things changed, unless I start a massive quarrel with the shop, i.e. bringing back the product (including bill) because of not fullfilling mentioned features.( Unlauterer Wettbewerb ), Kaufrecht im BGB Media Markt would give me back my money - they know me quite well as a good customer - but that ain't my style. In opposition to your suggestion, Mr. Whittington is somewhere deep in the islands beyond Hawaii diving for pearls, he doesn't seem to be that far away, that he couldn't answer postings, that seem to be of interest for him personally. That's clearly his right - but if I see such a demonstrative desinterest in the problems of HIS customers, I guess, the whole show here's really not worth the time ( for me ), one spends even in writing. Beside this, very likely not interesting at all for the majority of the gentlemen I saw here posting. Which brings me to the conclusion, that I catched the wrong train - nobody's fault but mine. I was able to live quite satisfied before entering this NG + solved my problems with programs alone. I've captured my ELO rating at a time, Computer programs weren't more than a nice, evening pleasure.
