As a test suite addict I run Comet A.75 in some testsuites. It seems, that tactically A.75 is clearly stronger than A.63 and only slightly behind commercial programs. But endgame are is catastrophe. In old Maresch testsuite Comet got 20 right from 35. This is the worst result I have ever seen. All my current programs get 26 - 28 (without tablebases). But still Comet can be the strongest free software...
