This is a *very* easy draw from the diagrammed position. Strategically it is simple: forget the white center pawns. They are meaningless. If black heads for the queenside to win the b-pawn, keep the bishop on the long diagonal supporting it. The kingside pawns cannot advance by themselves. If the king comes over to htlp the advance of the kingside pawns, keep the bishop on the h4-d8 diagonal, or the g3 diagonal, depending upon which way the king tries to force the pawns through. very easy, absolutely 'dead' draw.
