No, the purpose of the analysis in this case is to predict the result of the game before you get more information and not to get the result if the players avoid mistakes. If you use long time control you will get result of the analysis only after you get the result of the games so you defeat the target of the analysis because it is not interesting to predict the result of the game after you know the result.
