I know that Junior got a bad position later in the game and SOS missed a win.

I now have the pgn with Junior's scores thanks to the post of Amir Ban and
Junior played 16.Qf3 with evaluation of +0.19.

The problem that I see is that after 16...Bd4 17.Qd3 Bxc3 18.bxc3 the white
pawns are weak.

I also see that Junior was out of book some moves before 16.Qf3 so the problem
is Junior's evaluation and Junior's book did not lead to a bad position.
