We had contacted our web host about the slowness yesterday, and the response was, "There was an internet backbone that went down earlier today(Alter.net). At this point there is still problems with different sites. Alter.net is trying to resolve this issue as I write you. As soon as they are finished everything should be running fine." Since our Trace Routes today are still showing a problem, we are assuming that the problem has not yet been resolved. I sent another email today. Hopefully it will be corrected soon.
